Digital Information Stands

Jerusalem economy mainly relies on tourism income, basically from international religious tourism, and local tourism, TAJ strategic vision is to develop both markets by facilitating marketing opportunities for the cluster members. Moreover, developing the tourism package itself that is offered to tourists is considered as a main pillar for the cluster.

TAJ Cluster recently launched different activities and plans that enhances the services provided to incoming tourists to jerusalem. TAJ Cluster's Partner JTC (Jerusalem Tourism Cluster) constructed earlier an Electronic Promoting stand that was distributed in the hotel’s lobby & city attractions which that can give information for the tourists about more than 40 restaurant, car rental shops, transportation, guide, cultural events, other services and the needed information about the city attractions (the data that was presented in “Jerusalem visitor Guide”). This system works offline and can be updated online (on a daily basis).

TAJ Cluster constructed new electronic stands as an extension to JTC previous project, same software was used and JTC will manage and administrate them with the previous one.

As part of TAJ Vision developing the touristic product of Jerusalem, TAJ continues to develop efforts and create opportunities to reach out for this endeavor; Therefore TAJ constructed seven new electronic stands.
