To sustain the cluster development process, the project worked on stregthening the FPCCIA and the chambers of commerce in each of the cluster localities which enabled them to be able to support and further develop the cluster approach. In addition, other appropriate business support institutions had been provided support on cluster development within the geographical area of the selected clusters. This involved scoping out a support strategy for these institutions in order to develop their services to the members and reinforce their capacities on specified cluster topics.

Thus, the BSO support strategy was established.
