Four of cluster companies have been through preparation in the previous few months for quality management system according to ISO9001:2015. The quality management system for each of the four companies has been developed and implemented according the ISO9001:2015 standard.

The quality management system of each company has been developed taking in consideration all requirements of ISO9001:2015 standard and adapted to meet the technical and managerial requirements of each company In addition to other requirements such as legal and customer requirements. The quality management system in the four companies is being implemented for more than 2 months, and the internal audit has been carried out, performance indicators are calculated in addition to the management review and customer satisfaction analysis.
